There were still some questions:
Do you have some type of rule or formula to how many blocks go in the hopper versus what height it’s at? I want to make a very tall mountain but I don’t know how many blocks to put in.

The taller it is the more you need. 45 items for every 25 blocks is a basic rule, but as the mountain gets closer to the machine you can take some items out.
So what kinda stuff are you gonna build with the Minecraft Auto Mountain Maker? I’m thinking a Volcano..
