MineAthon, the 24 Hour Streaming Event that aims to raise money for charities through Minecraft, is back for 2015. In the past two years, they’ve raised more than $21,000 for charities, and this year they’d like to raise even more.
Details for the 2015 event have been released via an announcement video, which you can watch above. his year, MineAthon is being held from the 31st of Julty, to the 2nd of August—this weekend! There’s a live server you can join, and the MineAthon team will be at the Unplugged Expo in Toronto, Canada. All donations will go towards supporting Kidscape and Pacer – two organisations dedicated to raising awareness around Cyberbullying.
