In the second instalment of “Minecraft Masterpieces”, I present “Triangular Ascension 2.0”, a Cyberpunk military installation built by Denzarou. The build is a super-sized hangar featuring a number of imagined future weapons and other technologies of war. It’s filled with what I assume are missiles, mecha units and other things that either directly or indirectly cause explosions.
The ‘Cyberpunk’ label is in important distinction to make for this build. Cyberpunk is a science fiction sub genre which focuses on high technology, low life and an oppressive society or government. “Triangular Ascension 2.0” captures the oppressive atmosphere of Cyberpunk perfectly. The experience was more pronounced when I went beyond the screenshots and explored the hanger in Minecraft — the scale of this build is massive.
