Now here’s something you don’t get to see very often – Minecraft inspired poetry. The story behind this poem is simple. Minecrafter Clandlewood posted to reddit a video with the title “I decided there was a severe lack of mediocre poetry in Minecraft … so I made some!“. In the description of the video, Clandlewood writes that “I joined Cherry Patch. I spawned in a tree … and like any normal person who spawns on a tree when they join a server I wrote a poem about it … enjoy!”

While the poetry is self-described as “mediocre”, I enjoyed it enough to listen again, and then share it with all of you. I even laughed out loud at one of the lines. (Try guess which below in the comments)
