I didn’t even realise it until I was browsing Youtube, but the 17th of May marks Minecraft’s 6th Birthday. That’s 6 years since Minecraft was first released. This information was brought to my attention in the form of a video created by RoyalBleu, as part of his series “On This Day in Gaming”.

The video is two and a half minutes long, but provides a great summary of what makes Minecraft the game we know and love.
